Job summary

POP MART is seeking an Account Manager to manage and grow wholesale and retail accounts in North America from our California base. You will own day-to-day relationships, drive sales execution, and collaborate with Operations, Merchandising, Planning, Finance, and international teams to ensure successful account execution.

Qualifications

2–4 years of sales/account management or related customer-facing experience.
Experience supporting wholesale or retail accounts is preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; ability to manage multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow assigned wholesale and retail accounts to meet sales targets.
Serve as the primary customer-facing contact for assigned accounts.
Develop account-specific sales and growth strategies and lead reviews.
Identify opportunities to expand assortments, programs, and partnerships.
Coordinate with Operations, Planning, Finance, and cross-functional teams to ensure onboarding and execution.
