Job summary

growetalents is seeking a VIP Account Manager to manage a portfolio of LatAm VIP clients, delivering personalized support and building long-term relationships. The role emphasizes proactive outreach, tailored promotions, and close coordination with internal teams to ensure service excellence.

The ideal candidate has VIP account management or similar client-facing experience, strong English communication skills (Upper Intermediate), and a plus for Spanish language and iGaming industry

Qualifications

• Previous experience in VIP account management, customer support, sales, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong English communication skills - Upper Intermediate level.
• Spanish will be a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience managing client requests independently and handling multiple priorities.
• Ability to build client relationships and provide personalized support.
• Experience working in the iGaming industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of LatAm VIP clients and provide personalized support to each user.
• Build long-term client relationships through regular communication and proactive follow-ups.
• Improve client engagement and retention through personalized promotions and campaigns.
• Monitor client activity and identify opportunities to improve portfolio performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure a high level of service.
• Welcome new VIP clients, re-engage inactive users, and maintain accurate client records.
