Job summary

Growe Talents group is partnering with an international online gaming company serving sports betting and casino services, with a focus on Latin America. The role targets managing LatAm VIP clients and delivering personalized support across CRM, CS, and back-office touchpoints.

You will build lasting relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and drive engagement through tailored promotions. The position requires strong communication, independence, and a client-first mindset, with Spanish as

Qualifications

Experience in VIP account management, customer support, sales, or a similar client-facing role.
Spanish will be a plus but not mandatory.
Experience managing client requests independently and handling multiple priorities.
Ability to build client relationships and provide personalized support.
Experience working in the iGaming industry.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of LatAm VIP clients and provide personalized support to each user.
Build long-term client relationships through regular communication and proactive follow-ups.
Improve client engagement and retention through personalized promotions and campaigns.
Monitor client activity and identify opportunities to improve portfolio performance.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure a high level of service.
Welcome new VIP clients, re-engage inactive users, and maintain accurate client records.
