Qualifications

• Near-perfect English, written and spoken.
• Previous VIP account management or customer-facing experience.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

• Experience in the iGaming, entertainment or fast-paced industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with the client's VIP customers, delivering service that reflects brand standards.
• Proactively engage with the client's VIP base to understand needs, preferences, and gameplay goals.
• Provide tailored recommendations and bespoke offers to maximize satisfaction and loyalty.
• Serve as the main liaison for the client's English-speaking VIPs, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver elite VIP experiences, including events and promotions.
• Monitor VIP activity to identify opportunities for engagement and retention.
• Develop and align strategies for VIP acquisition and retention with client stakeholders.
• Stay current with VIP management trends to keep the client competitive.
