Job summary

bet365 is seeking a VIP Account Manager (Spain) to support the Account Management Team in delivering exceptional service to VIP players while advancing retention strategies and promotional management. You will focus on developing and implementing the VIP strategy, ensuring Responsible Gaming controls are embedded, audited, and culture-driven.

The role requires proven iGaming VIP experience, fluent Spanish and strong English, with leadership, analytical acumen, and a track record in building

• Proven experience in a similar VIP/account management role within the iGaming industry.
• Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) with strong English proficiency.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
• Highly analytical with a data-driven mindset.
• Experience building and managing relationships with sports and casino clients.
• Awareness of industry risks and regulatory considerations.
• Knowledge of cost visibility and budget monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Develop VIP program combining customer service, retention and promotions.
• Ensure Responsible Gaming controls are understood, implemented, audited and part of culture.
• Cultivate lasting relationships with VIP customers across sports and gaming.
• Provide cultural insights into consumer behaviors and preferences.
• Manage and execute internal VIP promotional strategies.
• Develop campaigns appropriate to the territory to attract and retain valuable customers.
• Revise and formulate department policies and procedures, ensuring implementation.
• Track and report VIP Program performance against targets to Senior Management.

Job description

As a VIP Account Manager (Spain), you will support the Account Management Team, ensuring VIP players experience exceptional service, and following best practice in customer retention.

Full-time

You will be responsible for retaining players, by delivering strategy that increases our VIP portfolio's numbers, value and longevity.

With responsibility for retention, customer service and regulatory compliance within a selected customer base, your initial focus will be on helping to develop and implement the VIP strategy.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in a similar role in the iGaming industry.
• Fluent Spanish language skills, both written and verbal with an excellent standard of English. Additional languages are advantageous.
• Strong leader and collaborator with excellent negotiation skills.
• Highly analytical and data driven mind-set.
• Experience in building and managing relationships with sports and casino clients.
• Awareness of the industry and the risks involved.
• Knowledge of cost visibility and budget monitoring.
