Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven CRM management experience in iGaming.
• Experience executing CRM campaigns across LATAM markets.
• Strong player segmentation and lifecycle management skills.
• Hands-on with CRM platform Fast Track.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret campaign data.
• Experience with bonuses, promotions and engagement initiatives.
• Spanish fluency is highly preferred.

• Analyse campaign performance, player behaviour, retention and churn to identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements:

• Proven CRM management experience within the iGaming industry, ideally across sportsbook and online casino
• Experience managing CRM campaigns across LATAM markets
• Strong understanding of player segmentation, lifecycle management, retention and reactivation strategies
• Hands-on experience with CRM platform Fast Track
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimise performance
• Experience managing bonus strategies, promotional campaigns and player engagement initiatives
• Understanding of key CRM KPIs, including retention, churn, player lifetime value, conversion and campaign ROI
• Spanish fluency highly preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment and help build CRM processes and strategies from the ground up
