KnowBe4, Inc. is seeking a Sales Engineer to support the LATAM region from a remote US location.

You will bridge between prospects' needs and our platform, delivering product demonstrations in Spanish, answering technical questions, and guiding POV engagements to show measurable value. You will collaborate with LATAM Account Executives, translate customer requirements into product solutions, and grow your cybersecurity expertise through training and hands-on customer work.

Qualifications

• Native or full professional fluency in Spanish and English.
• 1+ years of presales experience in cybersecurity/SaaS/tech environments.
• Strong cybersecurity foundation to discuss threats, compliance, and architecture credibly.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; able to tailor messages for different audiences.
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple engagements across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging product demonstrations in Spanish for LATAM stakeholders.
• Partner with LATAM Account Executives to answer technical questions during the deal cycle.
• Lead POV engagements with prospects in LATAM to set up trials and show measurable results.
• Participate in sales calls to identify technical pain points across Latin America.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex scenarios as needed.
• Support executives by translating customer needs into product solutions for LATAM.
• Participate in training to grow product and cybersecurity knowledge.
