Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking an HR Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Miami to drive a proactive, high-touch recruitment strategy for Latin America and the Caribbean.

You will manage full-lifecycle recruitment for retail and corporate roles up to Director level, building pipelines across Miami and the broader region while partnering with hiring managers and HR leadership to deliver assessments, offers, and onboarding support.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably in luxury retail, fashion, beauty, or multi-unit corporate environments.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a strong plus.
• Based in Miami, FL corporate office with ability to support the Latin America & Caribbean region.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and digital sourcing platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills, high discretion with confidential information, and ability to manage multiple concurrent searches.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles up to Director level across Latin America & the Caribbean.
• Source and develop talent pipelines using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.
• Lead intake meetings, design interview strategies, and facilitate debriefs with hiring teams.
• Conduct candidate screening and interviews by phone, video, and in-person to assess fit and language fluency.
• Manage offer negotiations, work with Compensation on benchmarking, and prepare employment agreements.
• Oversee onboarding tasks, background and reference checks, and hiring compliance documentation.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and reporting; support recruitment events and regional employer brand initiatives.
