Cloudflare in Austin, TX is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive growth in LATAM markets with Portuguese language proficiency. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, executing outbound outreach, and qualifying leads for the sales team.

You will prospect, research target accounts, initiate calls and emails, and maintain CRM data while collaborating with sales and marketing to hit KPIs and learn Cloudflare offerings.

Formación

• Fluent Portuguese for LATAM markets.
• Minimum 6 months of outbound sales or BD experience.
• Minimum 6 months of proven experience in a sales or business development role, focused on outbound prospecting or lead generation.
• Ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Foundational knowledge of computer networking and how the internet works.
• Motivation, drive and a self-starting attitude.
• CRM proficiency and data hygiene.

Responsabilidades

• Drive business growth by identifying and nurturing opportunities through proactive outreach.
• Prospect and research potential leads or target accounts.
• Initiate outbound calls and emails to introduce Cloudflare products/services.
• Qualify leads based on interest, budget, authority, and fit.
• Build relationships and rapport with potential customers.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of Cloudflare offerings and update CRM accordingly.
• Collaborate with sales to hand off qualified opportunities and meet KPIs.
