Job summary

Inclusively Remote clients an international online gaming company focused on sports betting and casino services, with a strong presence in Latin America. The role centers on owning and executing the brand strategy, developing content across social channels, and partnering with Growth, CRM, Affiliate and Creative teams to drive awareness and engagement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in the iGaming industry.
• Experience managing a casino/sportsbook brand or brand operations in online gaming.
• Coordinate teams for affiliate programs, CRM, customer retention, payments and product development.
• Strong knowledge of operational KPIs (GGR, NGR, FTD, LTV, Retention).
• Latin American markets knowledge is mandatory.
• English proficiency at upper-intermediate level or higher.
• Strong branding, positioning and content marketing understanding.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the brand strategy and tone of voice.
• Develop and manage content strategy across social media.
• Create brand materials, decks and guidelines for partners.
• Collaborate with Growth, CRM, Affiliate and Creative teams.
• Write creative briefs for designers and content creators.
