Job summary

Pearl Talent is seeking a Growth Associate to drive LatAm regional growth, partnerships, and community initiatives. The role focuses on building local networks, distributing content across channels, and delivering market insights to the wider team in a fast-paced, autonomous setting.

Based remotely in LatAm, you will collaborate with US and EU startups, expanding Pearl's presence through events, campaigns, and strategic partnerships while thriving in an async, global team.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in growth, partnerships, community, marketing, or equivalent with measurable results.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Based in Mexico, Colombia, or another LatAm country.
• Comfortable working fully remotely with an async-first global team.
• Strong network in local professional communities and ability to build new relationships quickly.
• Self-motivated and proactive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pearls LatAm growth initiatives across the region.
• Build a robust partnerships network with universities, bootcamps, professional communities, and groups.
• Distribute content via local channels and feed market insights back to the team.
• Increase Pearl's brand visibility in LatAm through events and content initiatives.
• Strengthen GTM workflows and processes for the team.
