Teradata is seeking a Manager, Field Marketing focused on Latin America (LATAM), with additional responsibility for supporting North American markets (USA and Canada). This role will work directly with LATAM sales teams and carry a pipeline generation target, executing high‑impact ABM and demand generation programs to accelerate the sales cycle and strengthen customer preference for Teradata's solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Business, or equivalent).
• 5–8 years of B2B marketing experience with field marketing, demand generation, or ABM.
• Experience across Latin America; familiarity with LATAM markets.
• Experience in B2B enterprise software, data, analytics, or AI is a plus.
• Strong organizational and budget management skills.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.

Responsabilités

• Drive demand generation and ABM programs across LATAM with a pipeline ownership focus.
• Coordinate asset and campaign delivery into ABM and marketing automation platforms.
• Collaborate with regional sales leadership to align marketing with pipeline goals.
• Enable localized campaigns in Spanish and Portuguese markets across LATAM and NA.
• Plan and manage regional field and virtual events end‑to‑end.
• Monitor and optimize full‑funnel performance from lead to pipeline to closure.
