Noma Security, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Representative for LATAM to drive pipeline across Latin America.

Based remotely in Texas, you will prospect senior security, AI, and data leaders in Spanish and English, coordinating with regional teams to turn regional priorities into qualified opportunities. You will run discovery in both languages, tailor messaging to AI visibility and governance, and hand off opportunities to RSDs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of SDR/BDR/ADR experience in B2B SaaS.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, written and spoken.
• Experience prospecting into enterprise accounts and engaging VP and C-suite stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and prospecting tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Regional Sales Directors to prioritize LATAM countries, target accounts, and key personas.
• Generate qualified pipeline through calls, email, LinkedIn, and personalized outreach to senior security, AI, and data leaders at Global 2000 and high-growth enterprise accounts.
• Run discovery and qualification in Spanish and English to understand each prospect's AI initiatives, security gaps, and urgency.
• Research target accounts using account intelligence, AI adoption signals, and local market context to tailor messaging around AI visibility, runtime protection, and governance.
• Coordinate with channel leadership, regional partners, and marketing on joint prospecting, account mapping, campaigns, and event follow-up.
• Hand off qualified opportunities to RSDs with clear discovery notes, stakeholder context, and agreed next steps, and keep Salesforce accurate and current.
• Meet or exceed targets for qualified meetings, opportunities created, and pipeline generated.
• Help onboard future LATAM ADRs and build repeatable regional playbooks as the team grows.
