Noma Security, Inc. is seeking an Account Development Representative to drive pipeline across LATAM and help security leaders explore AI and data initiatives. This role combines Spanish and English outreach with collaboration across sales, marketing, and channels.

You will prospect into Global 2000 accounts, run discovery in two languages, and help build regional playbooks as the team scales. Strong SDR experience and CRM proficiency are valued in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• B2B SaaS SDR/BDR/ADR experience is preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required for outreach in LATAM.
• Experience engaging VP and C-suite stakeholders across large enterprises.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and modern prospecting tools (Outreach/Salesloft).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Regional Sales Directors to prioritize LATAM markets and target accounts.
• Generate qualified pipeline via calls, email, LinkedIn and personalized outreach.
• Conduct discovery in Spanish and English to assess AI initiatives and security gaps.
• Research target accounts using intelligence to tailor messaging around AI visibility and protection.
• Coordinate with channel partners and marketing for joint prospecting and campaigns.
• Handover qualified opportunities with clear notes and next steps; keep Salesforce current.
• Meet or exceed targets for meetings, opportunities, and pipeline.
• Help onboard future LATAM ADRs and build regional playbooks as the team grows.
