Noma Security, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Representative focused on LATAM to drive pipeline across Latin America. You will prospect senior security, AI, and data leaders in Spanish and English, collaborating with regional sales directors, partners, and marketing to convert priorities into opportunities.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of B2B SaaS SDR/BDR experience, strong APAC? (note: LATAM) bilingual skills, and a proven track record meeting pipeline targets.

Qualifications

• Based in Florida, Texas, California, or LATAM.
• 1-3 years SDR/BDR/ADR experience in B2B SaaS.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, written and spoken.
• Experience prospecting into enterprise accounts and engaging VP and C-suite stakeholders.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline targets.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and prospecting tools (Outreach, Salesloft, Common Room, Clay, Apollo).
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts; cybersecurity or cloud security sales a plus.
• Bonus: Portuguese proficiency or LATAM market experience.
• Proactive, data-driven approach in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Regional Sales Directors to prioritize LATAM countries, target accounts, and key personas.
• Generate qualified pipeline through calls, email, LinkedIn, and personalized outreach to senior security, AI, and data leaders.
• Run discovery and qualification in Spanish and English to understand AI initiatives and gaps.
• Research target accounts using AI adoption signals and local market context to tailor messaging.
• Coordinate with channel leadership, regional partners, and marketing on joint prospecting, campaigns, and event follow-up.
• Hand off qualified opportunities to RSDs with notes and keep Salesforce accurate.
• Meet or exceed targets for qualified meetings, opportunities, and pipeline.
• Help onboard future LATAM ADRs and build regional playbooks as the team grows.
