Job summary

RXO in New Hampshire is seeking a Manager, Last Mile Operations to lead daily carrier activities, coordinate routes, and ensure on-time delivery while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will mentor staff, hire and train team members, implement process improvements, and partner with leadership to optimize network performance across branches. A bachelor's degree and strong logistics background are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 years of related logistics and supervisory experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Experience mentoring and training staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of contract carriers and routes.
• Develop and mentor staff to meet goals.
• Handle interviewing, hiring, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Use route planning software to optimize deliveries.
• Manage dispatch of contract carriers and resolve issues.
