Job summary

RXO, Inc. is seeking a Last Mile Operations Manager in Mills River, NC, to oversee daily carrier operations, plan efficient routes, and manage dispatch activities. You will lead a team, monitor performance, and ensure timely, accurate delivery execution.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in logistics, supervisory experience, and strong MS Office proficiency; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. The role supports a growing network across North America.

Qualifications

• 5 years of related logistics and supervisory experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of contract carriers, schedules, routes, reports, and relationships with carriers and helpers.
• Develop and mentor staff; train on company policies and procedures.
• Interviewing, hiring, disciplining, and resolving issues.
• Ensure compliance with corporate warehouse policies and programs.
• Supervise employees: planning, directing work, appraising performance, and addressing complaints.
