Job summary

RXO, Inc. is seeking a Last Mile Operations Manager in Houston, TX to oversee contract carrier operations, route planning, and performance. You will manage daily dispatch, mentor staff, ensure policy compliance, and drive on-time delivery while maintaining safety and service quality.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in logistics supervision, strong MS Office skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in business or logistics. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; travel between branches may be required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of related logistics and supervisory experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of contract carriers and monitor routes and schedules.
• Develop and mentor staff; train on policies and procedures.
• Handle interviewing, hiring, and performance management.
