Qualifications

• 5 years of related logistics and supervisory experience.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of contract carriers and maintain schedules.
• Develop and mentor staff to reach goals; train on policies.
• Handle interviewing, hiring, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse policies and programs.
• Supervise employees per policies and laws; manage performance.
