Job summary

RXO, Inc. is seeking a Last Mile Operations Manager to oversee contract carrier operations, route planning, and staff development. You will manage dispatch, monitor routes, and ensure timely, accurate work while upholding safety and company policies.

Candidates should have 5 years of logistics supervisory experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to mentor teams. Bilingual English/Spanish and flexibility for varied shifts are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 years of related logistics and supervisory experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office such as Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of contract carriers and maintain schedules and routes.
• Develop and mentor staff; train on policies and procedures.
• Conduct interviewing, hiring, disciplining, and resolving issues.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse policies, procedures, and programs.
• Supervise employees, including interviewing, hiring, and training, and addressing complaints.
