GEODIS is hiring an Operations Manager Final Mile to lead daily operations, manage a fleet, and drive efficiency across local and regional home delivery networks. You will track KPIs, reduce damage and delays, and coordinate with service teams to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Applicants should have WMS/LMS experience, Lean certification, and strong MS Office skills. This role emphasizes safety, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse management systems preferred.
• Experience with labor management systems and productivity initiatives preferred.
• Lean certifications preferred.
• Must be PC literate and proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for local and regional big and bulky home delivery networks.
• Maintain a well-kept fleet and schedule preventative maintenance.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance across the operation.
• Monitor KPIs like OTD, cost-per-stop, and revenue per truck.
• Collaborate with customer service and sales to align warehouse activities.
