Job summary

GEODIS specializes in global logistics and operates a large distribution network. We are seeking a capable leader to manage daily operations for local and regional home delivery networks and to coach staff for peak performance.

The role includes coordinating with customer service and sales to ensure seamless service and high customer satisfaction. You will monitor warehouse KPIs, oversee staffing and training, and partner with engineering to optimize layout and product placement.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse management systems preferred.
• Experience with labor management systems and productivity initiatives preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for local and regional home delivery networks.
• Maintain a well-kept fleet of delivery trucks and schedule preventative maintenance.
• Reduce damage rates, missed delivery windows, and return product costs.
• Track KPI like On-Time Delivery (OTD), cost-per-stop, and revenue per truck.
• Resolve high-escalation customer complaints regarding damaged property or late arrivals.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards across the warehouse.
