GEODIS is seeking a Terminal Manager - Final Mile to oversee daily operations at our transportation terminal in Phoenix. You will lead local and regional teams, optimize delivery routes for heavy items, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, managing budgets, coordinating with logistics and transportation teams, and driving cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5 years of specialized experience in terminal or transportation management.
• Proven leadership track record.
• Strong understanding of logistics and transportation operations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to analyze and make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for local and regional terminal networks.
• Optimize routes for heavy items like appliances and furniture.
• Track metrics such as On-Time Delivery, cost-per-stop, and revenue per truck.
• Resolve high-escalation customer complaints.
• Hire, train, and manage terminal staff and coordinators.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and company policy compliance.
• Coordinate with logistics teams to optimize schedules and resources.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement efficiency improvements.
• Develop and manage the terminal budget.
• Take on additional duties as required.
