Job summary

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach. Evening availability and flexible scheduling are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; experience in logistics or supply chain beneficial.
• 5+ years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Related Field.
• Experience in a Supervisor role, including performance reviews of direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily last-mile delivery operations and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Manage relationships with vendors, retailers, and independent contractors; coordinate truck dispatch.
• Monitor operational performance and maintain monthly operating reports with KPIs.
