Job summary

RXO is seeking a Logistics Specialist to provide day-to-day support, including order entry, routing, dispatching, and traffic coordination across North America. You will enter loads, monitor progress, and keep clients informed while ensuring timely deliveries and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• 1 year of logistics experience minimum.
• Experience writing routine reports and correspondence.
• General knowledge of the transportation industry.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.

Responsibilities

• Enter loads from customer tenders and maintain accurate profiles.
• Update account managers on problem loads and actions taken.
• Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries to ensure on-time arrivals.
• Communicate with drivers to ensure loads deliver on time and data is accurate for accounting.
