Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Program Manager on the Growth & Expansions team to own planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact programs as we experiment with new transportation and operating models. You will work with product managers and regional teams to align initiatives with business goals and improve delivery experiences.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Own inputs to long-term strategy, planning, execution and delivery of high-impact programs.
• Collaborate with product managers and partner teams across business, marketing, operations, legal, policy, and tech.
• Work with regional teams to operationalize ideas and expand to new markets.
• Develop operational business plans and success metrics for Delivery Partner experiences.
• Define roadmaps and influence product development through data-driven insights.
