Amazon Logistics seeks an experienced professional to identify, create and integrate innovative solutions for the last mile delivery network. You will lead development and execution of global transportation initiatives to improve efficiency and capacity, leveraging data mining, modeling and cross-functional collaboration to move ideas from concept to execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years cross-functional with tech and non-tech teams experience.
• 3+ years defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) and SQL.
• Experience defining program requirements using data to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and analyze data using Excel, SQL, Access and other data systems.
• Monitor metrics, analyze data, and partner with teams to identify process improvements.
• Design and implement reporting solutions for stakeholders to manage the business.
• Support cross-functional teams in daily program execution.
• Drive small to medium operational enhancement projects.
• Manage a team of individuals.
• Research and implement cost reduction opportunities.
