Amazon is seeking a Program Manager for NA Flex Business Optimization, Strategy, and Scaling (B.O.S.S.) in Austin, TX. You will own the long-term road map, drive data-driven improvements, and collaborate across finance, marketing, data science, engineering, and operations to scale the program.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Data and metrics driven to improve operations.
• Experience owning strategy, end-to-end delivery, and reporting to leadership.
• Intermediate Excel knowledge (pivot tables, charts, lookups, formulas).
• Cross-functional collaboration with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience solving complex problems in tight schedules.

Responsibilities

• Own the long-term road map for improving business results.
• Develop data inputs and KPI analyses to inform adjustments.
• Collaborate with finance, marketing, capacity management, data science, engineering, and PM on improvements.
• Make resource trade-offs and align leadership on inputs and priorities.
• Define scalable processes to meet growing demands.
• Identify day-to-day opportunities and implement solutions.
