Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to support the AMZL NA Engineering team within the Last Mile organization, driving scalable, data-driven programs for reliability and operational excellence.

You will build automated dashboards, governance reports, and documentation platforms, coordinating with field engineers, electrical contractors, and operations leaders to reduce rework and accelerate project delivery at Amazon scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or technology.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and field execution through launch readiness and go-live phases.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, VBA, and SQL at the intermediate level.
• 3+ years of maintenance or engineering experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information to executives and non-technical leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated reporting pipelines and performance dashboards (e.g., equipment health trends, failure rates, system uptime).
• Translate complex data sets into clear narratives and actionable recommendations for stakeholders at all levels.
• Build and maintain AI-powered compliance tools aggregating data into consolidated weekly leadership reports.
• Manage multiple concurrent engineering projects across the NA delivery station network.
• Track project milestones and completion metrics; identify process gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Own weekly organizational compliance reporting on a strict cadence; monitor metrics.
