Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or technology.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional teams through launch readiness and go-live phases.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) and SQL.
• Experience developing and managing recruiting reports, dashboards, and metrics.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executives and non-technical leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated reporting pipelines and performance dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Translate complex data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Build and maintain AI-powered compliance tools aggregating data into leadership reports.
• Manage multiple concurrent engineering projects across the NA delivery station network with external contractors.
• Track milestones and completion metrics; identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Own weekly organizational compliance reporting on training, invoicing, and action-item closure.
• Develop SOPs and document governance across the network; coordinate with cross-functional teams.
