Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate in New Jersey (Kearny) to support in-station, in-person, phone, and email interactions, ensuring packages arrive on time and customers stay informed.

You will work at a last-mile delivery warehouse, coordinating with the warehouse team, delivery partners, and customers to resolve issues and provide accurate guidance throughout the delivery process.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent.
• Experience in Customer Service.
• Experience working with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
• Experience prioritizing and managing time effectively in dynamic environments.
• Experience working with computer and web based tools.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with customers directly in-person, in addition to communicating via phone and email.
• Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs.

• Resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations with customers.
• Clearly understanding and responding appropriately to the issues that customers present.

• Working a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule.
