• Strong surgery scheduling experience with calendar coordination.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and ophthalmology workflows.
• Insurance verification, benefits, authorizations, and financial responsibilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication to support patients.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with electronic scheduling systems and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work on-site and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Prior ophthalmology/outpatient surgery or medical office experience and HS diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule surgeries and confirm appointments.
