Job summary

Natoli Engineering Co. Inc. in St. Charles, Missouri, seeks a motivated professional to install, train and support customers of our laser-based inspection and tool management system. You will develop training materials and perform on-site qualifications while assisting with system installations.

The role requires technical support experience, familiarity with C# and strong communication skills. Domestic travel is required, with potential international travel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical support.
• Experience conducting in-person and online user training and product demonstrations.
• Familiarity with C# language specifically.
• Technical Support experience via e-mail, phone and online support sessions.
• Willingness to travel domestically and possibly internationally.
• Detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer on-site training and support and develop related materials.
• Perform on-site product qualifications.
• Assist in installation and qualification protocols for tooling inspection software/hardware.
• Create system installation, qualification and training documents.
• Respond to user requirements specifications and prepare proposals.
