Natoli Engineering Company in St. Charles, Missouri, is seeking a Product Support Specialist to install, train and support customers of our laser-based inspection and tool management system.

You will perform on-site training, install software/hardware, contribute to system design, and assist with validation protocols while traveling domestically and possibly internationally. Recent graduates with technical degrees are considered.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering in-person and online training and product demos.
• Proficiency in C# programming.
• Experience providing technical support via e-mail, phone and online sessions.
• Familiar with laser and image measurement systems.
• Strong problem-solving and detail orientation.
• Project and vendor management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows OS.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

We are looking for a motivated individual to help install, train and support customers of our laser-based inspection and tool management system. There will be additional opportunities in system design and development.**Primary Role and Responsibilities:*** Provide customer on-site training and support and develop related materials.* Work with state-of-the-art technologies and have a unique opportunity to contribute to the design and development of technology-based solutions.* Perform on-site product qualifications.* Contribute to the installation and implementation of tooling inspection software and hardware solutions to our customers.* Perform requirements analysis including regulatory compliance research.* Complete sales support tasks including product demonstrations and price proposals.* Assist in the development and execution of validation and qualification protocols.## Qualifications**Requirements:*** Experience in conducting in-person and online user training and product demonstrations.* Programming experience is a plus.
