Job summary

LaserAway is seeking a Clinical Trainer to oversee clinical execution across multiple California clinics. You will coach Lead Clinicians, intervene to close performance gaps, and drive training programs to sustain quality care in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The role requires strong clinical judgment, travel up to 100%, and a track record in coaching and training within a multi-site setting. A Registered Nurse license is required, with NP/PA background preferred, and a competitive

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license (NP/PA preferred).
• 3–5+ years of clinical experience with leadership or training exposure.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% across territory.
• Strong coaching, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Lead Clinicians and coach clinicians across locations.
• Ensure clinical standards, protocols, and training programs are followed.
• Conduct regular site visits, audits, and performance reviews.
• Develop leadership capabilities and succession planning within teams.
• Coordinate onboarding, ramp-up, and ongoing skill development.
• Identify risks, improve processes, and ensure regulatory compliance.
