Job summary

LaserAway is seeking a Clinical Trainer RN to drive high-quality clinical execution across multiple California locations. The role focuses on delivering training programs, coaching Lead Clinicians, and ensuring adherence to clinical standards in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

This position requires an active RN license, 3–5+ years of clinical leadership or training experience, and the ability to travel up to 100% across the territory. Reports to the SVP, Clinical Operations.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license.
• 3–5+ years of clinical experience with leadership or training experience.
• Ability to travel up to 100% across territory.
• Strong coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with clinical standards, audits, and protocol adherence.

Responsibilities

• Directly manages Lead Clinicians (LCs) and coaches clinicians.
• Ensure clinical quality, safety, and protocol adherence across locations.
• Deliver hands-on clinical training for new hires and existing staff.
• Support onboarding, ramp-up, and training refreshers for new clinics.
• Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
