Job summary

LaserAway is seeking a Laser Field Service Engineer to maintain and service laser equipment across our clinics. You will manage preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and coordinate with medical teams to keep all devices functional.

Responsibilities include on-site servicing, on-call support, and scheduling, with travel to multiple clinics. The role requires strong mechanical skills, safety awareness, and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all laser maintenance within the assigned territory.
• Monitor ticket system, communication platforms, and emails for prompt responses.
• Support New Store Openings by ensuring all equipment is functional.
• Contribute to positive morale environments within clinic operations.
• Timely ticket responses to ensure operational readiness.
• Coordinate with the medical team to assist in additional equipment training.
• Maintain company vehicle in good standing and maintenance.
• Schedule and perform routine maintenance on equipment and respond to on-call laser issues.
