Job summary

HealthTronics, Inc. is seeking an experienced Laser Support Engineer to serve as the technical expert for medical laser service. The role covers troubleshooting, repairs, and advanced support to Field Service Engineers and customers.

You will develop and deliver comprehensive training programs, document service procedures, and help expand our laser service capabilities across multiple manufacturers. Occasional travel and a focus on quality service are required.

Qualifications

Hands-on troubleshooting of medical laser systems across manufacturers.
Experience developing and delivering technical training programs.
Experience writing service documentation, procedures, or bulletins.
Strong communication with customers, field staff, and leadership.
Understanding of equipment service contracts and service operations.
Ability to manage multiple technical issues with prioritization.
