• Self-starter mindset with ability to independently build and manage a sales pipeline.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams to drive business success.
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance for regular territory travel.
• Extensive experience in retail consumer finance, merchant services, or SaaS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow merchant relationships through high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline within the assigned territory.
• Conduct in-person visits to 8-10 stores daily.
• Secure 10+ new merchant partners each month.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and take accountability for results.
• Leverage AFF’s CRM tools to track interactions and optimize strategies.
