Allegiant Business Group is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to work with local business owners in a dedicated territory. This role combines consultative selling with ongoing client support, and operates as an independent contractor, offering schedule flexibility.

You will conduct in-person meetings and benefit presentations, identify client needs, enroll clients, and maintain accurate CRM records while prospecting new business and reporting activity weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional demeanor and reliable work ethic
• Ability to work independently while following established systems
• Effective time management and organizational skills

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage relationships with small and mid-sized business clients
• Conduct in-person meetings and benefit presentations for employees and leadership teams
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate supplemental coverage options
• Support clients with enrollment, follow-up, and claims-related questions
• Maintain accurate records using company CRM systems
• Prospect new business through referrals, field outreach, and scheduled appointments
• Collaborate with leadership to establish performance goals
• Track and report daily and weekly activity
