You will travel to stores, build relationships, and drive a growing sales pipeline with accountability for results. Focused on B2B, you will leverage CRM tools, manage multiple partnerships, and work with internal teams to optimize strategies while meeting or exceeding targets and maintaining high professional

Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven success in B2B outside sales.
• Highly motivated and performance-driven with a strong desire to exceed expectations.
• Exceptional organizational skills with integrity and professionalism.
• Strong face-to-face selling experience with negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-starter able to independently build and manage a sales pipeline.
• Ability to collaborate with Marketing, Training, and Sales Operations.
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance required for travel.
• Experience in retail consumer finance, merchant services, or SaaS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow merchant relationships by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through engagement.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline of quality prospects within the territory.
• Conduct in-person visits to stores daily to secure new merchant partners.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and take accountability for results.
• Leverage CRM tools to track interactions, manage leads, and optimize strategies.
