FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is hiring an Area Sales Representative through its American First Finance (AFF) business. The role focuses on expanding market presence by cultivating merchant partnerships across the United States, with daily visits to 8–10 stores and a target of 10+ new partners each month.

Qualifications

1+ year of proven success in B2B outside sales.
Excellent organizational skills and integrity.
Strong face-to-face selling with negotiation and closing skills.
Self-starter able to independently build and manage a sales pipeline.
Collaborates with Marketing, Training, and Sales Ops to drive business.
Valid driver’s license and car insurance for territory travel.
Experience in retail consumer finance, merchant services, or SaaS preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and grow merchant relationships by maintaining high customer satisfaction through engagement.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline within the assigned territory.
Conduct in-person visits to 8–10 stores daily and secure 10+ new merchant partners monthly.
Meet or exceed sales targets and be accountable for results.
Leverage AFF's CRM tools to track leads and optimize sales strategies.
