Delmonico Steakhouse on the Las Vegas Strip is seeking an energetic Dining Room Manager to lead our dining room team and uphold the fine dining experience guests expect after 27 years in business. You will supervise front-of-house staff day-to-day and coordinate with the General Manager and Assistant GM.

This role works closely with the Director of Wine as part of our wine team and requires expertise in service, wine knowledge, and clear guest communication.

Formación

• Working knowledge of POS systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in all service positions within the restaurant.
• Expanded knowledge of wine.
• Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication with guests, team and management.

Responsabilidades

• Directly supervise the dining room staff throughout the day.
• Report to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager for day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with the Director of Wine as part of the wine team.
