Job summary

Bourbon Steak in Las Vegas is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Kitchen and Dining Room teams under the General Manager and Executive Chef. You will guide front-of-house operations, mentor staff, manage guest service standards and ensure compliance with brand expectations in a high-volume, high-service environment.

Ideal candidates bring at least four years in fine dining, leadership experience, knowledge of food and wine, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 4 years’ experience in a fine dining high-volume restaurant, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Basic knowledge of Japanese products, sake and Japanese whiskey.
• Hospitality degree preferred.
• Knowledge of safety and hygiene protocols.
• HR practices and labor laws familiarity.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Stamina to work 40+ hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for guest experience and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, technical and analytical support to Kitchen and Dining Room Management teams under supervision of the General Manager and Executive Chef.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to complete administrative tasks for restaurant operations.
• Lead planning, organization and training to achieve restaurant objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality and compliance.
