Job summary

JRG Partners, LLC. in Las Vegas seeks an experienced Corporate / Transactions Paralegal to support the Chief Legal Officer, Associate General Counsel and business stakeholders across corporate, transactional, governance, real estate, private investment and compliance matters in a fast-paced family office.

The successful candidate will function as a highly organized project manager, coordinating complex transactions, managing large volumes of documentation, and ensuring matters move efficiently

Qualifications

• Several years of corporate/transactional paralegal experience supporting complex business deals.
• Experience handling large volumes of transaction documentation and closing materials.
• Strong project-management and organization, with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist with middle-market mergers and acquisitions documentation.
• Coordinate transaction timelines, due diligence, closing checklists and post-closing obligations.
• Prepare and organize corporate governance and entity-management documents.
• Support formation, maintenance and dissolution of entities across portfolios.
• Manage employment, consulting, confidentiality, and other corporate contracts.
• Oversee contract workflows with architects, consultants and vendors.
• Assist with real estate development, title, escrow, and related closing logistics.
• Maintain transaction databases, closing files and corporate records.
• Support KYC/AML processes for private investments and fund subscriptions.
• Track deadlines and deliverables across multiple concurrent matters.
