• Strong legal research and drafting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate governance activities and information governance programs.
• Prepare and post materials for Board of Directors and committees.
• Coordinate logistics for Board meetings and document filing.
• Assist with litigation support, discovery, and document review.
• Maintain corporate records for US subsidiaries and entity databases.
• Assist with internal audits and remediation efforts.
• Perform general administrative support for senior legal staff.
