Qualifications

• 2+ years of paralegal experience

• CLA designation (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents
• Maintain and organize legal files, case documentation, and regulatory records
• Support civil litigation and regulatory matters, including filing and tracking proceedings
• Review and reconcile legal invoices and track legal expenditures
• Coordinate regulatory filings and licensing applications and renewals
• Provide confidential paralegal support and maintain knowledge of legal procedures
