Job summary

Lawall in Langhorne, PA is seeking a full-time Patient Service Representative to join our team, Mon-Fri 8:00 am–4:30 pm. This role offers a sign-on bonus and a fast-paced, patient-focused environment where accuracy and discretion matter.

Responsibilities include preparing work orders, obtaining documents for insurance plans, verifying benefits, pre-certifying services, and delivering professional customer service to patients. Prior experience with Outlook, Word and Excel is helpful.

Qualifications

• High school graduate required; knowledge of anatomy and medical code is a plus.
