Job summary

Lawall in Hershey, PA is seeking a Patient Service Representative for a full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:30 pm role. You will communicate with insurance companies and patients to coordinate services and verify benefits.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and proficient with Outlook, Word, and Excel. A high school diploma is required; knowledge of medical codes is a plus.

Qualifications

Patient Service Representative (1 FT positions)

Fast growing and employee friendly, with an exciting opportunity for a full-time Patient Service Representativein our Hershey, PA location., Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm.

The main duty of this position is to communicate with various insurance companies/plans and our patients in order to provide them with our services.

Essential Functions:

• Prepare work orders
• Obtain the proper documents for insurance companies/plans
• Verify patient benefits and pre-certify our services
• Conduct, communicate and dress appropriately
• Exercise knowledge of different insurance company’s or plan’s procedures
• Provide excellent customer service to all patients
• Assure flow of service
• Complete other duties as assigned
