Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in selling Landscape/Turf products in a B2B environment.
• Demonstrated ability to grow your territory year‑over‑year.
• Passion for empowering customers with tools and products to boost sales and earnings.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Self‑starter who embraces a Make Money and Have Fun culture.
• Ability to pass a criminal/driving background check and pre‑employment drug test.
• Existing sales territory covering the turf market.

Responsibilities

• Establish and cultivate new and existing customer relationships.
• Develop new business opportunities in the local Landscape/Turf industry.
• Collaborate with inside sales support team and vendors to promote products and services.
• Learn and promote new products.
• Work with vendors on sales promotions and programs in the marketplace.
• Create and execute a detailed annual sales plan.
